No it is not the TWIST but the DOC dance and I am sitting at work dancing to the tunes.... I don't have a cabin assignment but I don't care:p We leave next week for Montreal and the beautiful Maasdam.

Hi Ine,

I do remember that Chubby Checker's wife is from Holland. In fact, I remember that she was Miss Holland in the Miss World competition, which was held in London that year, and I believe that she won the title of Miss World. I remember her as being absolutely gorgeous, and thinking to myself: oh, if only I could grow up to look so gorgeous. I didn't by the way, although I guess I look sort of okay, but certainly not gorgeous.

Valerie, yes she won all those titles. A few years ago I saw a TV interview and at that time they were still doing fine. (as far as I know they are still maried).
in NL she used to live just one street away from where I lived at that time, that makes it impossible to forget here.
