OK, for the 4th attempt:
I wanted to warn everyone to double check with the local rental car agencies after making your reservations to be certain that they do have shuttle service from the pier.
We used Budget, got a good base rate of $28/day, but they were very inconsistent on shuttles. And the info the reservationist gave me was not always correct.
So, I will double check from now on.
