Did Richard Hatch leave his clothes on?
Was he as obnoxious as he seemed on Survivor?

Yes, Richard kept his clothes on, at least when we saw him!. Acutally he was quite charming and very approachable. He's very confident and outspoken, like on the show.

Kathy, we are booked in an aft Emerald deck mini-suite on the Caribbean Princess, right above club Fusion. Did you hear any comments from anyone in those cabins as to the "bleed thru" noise from the club? Thanks

Question: Is there a running track on the Caribbean Princess?

Sorry to be so slow in responding, things seem to be crazy busy lately. Didn't hear any complaints from people we talked to with mini suites below Club Fusion. Shows there were usually done by midnight or shortly thereafter. Skywalkers in the place that goes forever. There is a track on the Sports Deck forward.

Kathy ; Thank you , good review. Have a question. My daughter and two girlfriends are booked on the Carib. Princess for Aug 7th. I have been reading some reviews that say the personal choice dining is having real problems.Long lines , long waits. They are booked for personal choice. Did you talk to anyone on board that had personal choice dining, if so what did they say? Or did you notice any problems yourself. The girls are trying to decide if they should try to change there selection to traditional dining with there online agency or not. We were hoping that the problems were due to it be new ship and had kinks to work out. Any information is appreciated. Thanks

Cori,

Most of the complaints about the Anytime dining rooms seem to be coming from those who want tables for two at peak dining times. It is a very difficult request for the dining room staff to handle. For the same reason, the staff do not permit standing reservations for two during peak times. Those who are willing to be more flexible, such as eating earlier or later, or being willing to be seated at tables with others, seem to do OK.

Completed:
Sea Princess, Royal Princess, Grand Princess (3X), Caribbean Princess, Golden Princess

Hi Kathy, Is there a childrens menu in the dining room on Caribbean Princess? Any recollection of what is on the regular room service menu?

We heard lots of complaints about personal choice dininh while we were on board - long waits, not getting the table you wanted, etc. For us personally, that's just not something we want to deal with. We always choose traditional dining, as we like knowing we'll be eating at the same time every night with the same wait staff and table companions. We have made such great friends at dinner - it is always a high point for us. It's just what fits us best. Late seating gives us plenty of time to relax after the day's activities, watch the sunset and we never miss any of the evening's activities.

As for a childrens menu, we had late seating so didn't see any children in the dining room then but I'm sure they have one. With 3100 people on board and lots of kids, I'm sure many of them eat in the traditional dining room.

As for the room service menu, as I remember it sandwiches (club, reuben, etc.), burgers, hot dogs, fries, salads, desserts - just basic food but good what we ordered. Of course, they leave a room service breakfast menu on your pillow every night to order for the next day if you like.
