Cigars on Volendam

I will be new to HAL when we take our 30th anniv cruise. I enjoy a good cigar and understand that not everyone is so inclined. I try to be as courteous as possible (do not smoke on Verandah for fear of offending those downwind, never in my stateroom as I know you cannot remove it, etc.) Are there any spots indoors, lounges etc that allow it? Is smoking allowed on the public decks?

Please no flaming or smoking lectures, I am only trying to discover what is allowed.

You should find "Cigars Under the Stars" at night by the Lido Pool lounge.
If you want one some other time I believe it's allowed on outside decks on the smoking side.
