How important is it that I get my pre-cruise documents for my Baltic cruise in June. Princess says they sent them a month ago, my TA didn't receive them. My TA requested new ones last week and apparently the Princess representative sent the request to the wrong email address for the documents department. So today my TA requested my pre-cruise documents again and I'm suppose to get them in another week to ten days, which will make it about a month before I head overseas. Is there going to be any problem with getting a visa for the Princess tour to Moscow because of this mess? That's the main reason I booked this cruise.

I have never done that, but why would that hold up your visa?

The key elements in your pre-cruise documents are shore excursions and immigration information, both of which can be taken care of through the Personalizer online.

Also included and valuable is the "know before you go" booklet, but that won't hold up anything if you receive it closer to the sailing.

Fill out everything on the Personalizer, select your excursions, then call Princess to see if there's anything else you need to do for their visa. You should be fine http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
