What are the ACTUAL dining times for the WESTERDAM (Caribbean Itinerary)?

HELP! I can't find what the exact dining times are for the WESTERDAM (Oct '06 Caribbean Itinerary) for the Early Upper, Early Lower, Late Upper & Late Lower time slots? I know I've seen the information somewhere, but the "search" mechanism on CC isn't working for me and I can't find the times listed on the HAL website. I'm hoping that someone might remember from their WESTERDAM cruise, or at least have the daily papers from their trip, so they could do a "look-up" for me. Thanks, every so much for your help!

Early Upper 5:45
Early Lower 6:15
Main Upper 8:00
Main Lower 8:30
