Finally a stateroom

Hooray, I leave in two days and finally got a stateroom. The upgrade fairy struck. Went from catagory I guarantee inside to a catagory CC outside. It is in the back of the ship but that is okay. I am just glad I don't have to sleep in a lifeboat.

Thanks everyone, this board has been such a big help in planning my cruise. I never thought about booking tours on my own before. This is my first time to Alaska but am sure it won't be my last. So excited don't know if I can last two days.

Congratulations! The outside staterooms on Regal Princess are marvelous...large and with huge windows. It would have been a shame to be in Alaska and not be able to peek out the window and watch the scenery go by...

BDJam is correct - the outside cabins on the Regal are rather spacious - Sitmar did like them big. Lots of storage, which is always handy.

We were in a CC on Baja deck aft (B297) on our recent Regal cruise. More drawers than we could use, in fact we kept losing things we had so many drawers! And the shower is a nice size!
