Best is to go on several. http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif If you have 2 weeks- consider a one way that will then offer a very different interior touring opportunity. A round trip packs a LOT into 7 days- but look closely at routes, my clear preference is more inside passage sailing- most Seattle sailings are lacking. Consider several factors in your choice- ports, time in ports, route, glacier, price. I never consider any one ways without College fjords and a big edge to Seward (but most people just pass thought and don't have any idea what touring opportunities they have passed up- so then Whittier or Seward won't make a difference) Any cruise will be a big compromise- you can't do it all in one trip- nor probably even 5. http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Educate yourself on Alaska travel- head to your library and take out Alaska travel books. Budget fully for costly shore excursions, you get only half a trip without them. http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
