lifeboat drill on late sailing

We are sailing on the Golden Princess out of SJU on June 6th. The ship sails about 11PM. Does anyone know when they have the lifeboat drill on a ship that leaves so late?

We were on the 4/4 sailing of the Dawn Princess out of San Juan and our Passenger Muster Exercise was at 8:00 P.M., our departure from San Juan was 11:00 P.M.
