I have been ready to book for several weeks now as the cruise is going to be part of a five week trip. However, being in England, I can't book through the HAL website (US and Canada residents only). The Holland America office in London isn't open on Saturdays and Sundays so unfortunately we now have to wait until Monday morning! Keeping my fingers crossed that the date/ship/suite we want will still be available then.

Cheryl, I was able to book through the HAL site today from New Zealand. Did not see any restrictions for just US/Canada.

Although the Alaska cruises do now appear on the HAL site, after listing the itineraries, when I click on the "view" button, I get this (as I did yesterday):

We're sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time.
Please hit your browser BACK button to return to your previous page or click on a new button.
If you would like to send a page alert to tech support, please click here.
When I click on the "price" button, I get this:
System is temporarily not available, Please try Again. (Advisory 9996)

Last week our TA tried calling HAL and they told her booking would open on June 15th. This is all very strange. We must be in a disabled room, which reduces our choices a lot, and know just where we want to be. I hope we don't lose our chance.

Is there another route through HAL's website to the booking pages? They sure haven't done a very good job at setting up their web pages.
