Princess Gold Casino Coins

On our last cruise in Nov 2001 (yes, it has been way too long since our last cruise)I played blackjack at the casino and picked up some gold princess casino coins for getting a blackjack or whatever. The coins were used to "purchase" Princess items like polo shirts, hats, etc. in the casino. Is this program still in effect? I have 13 of these coins, can you believe I still have them 2 1/2 years later?! I need to know if I should bring them on our cruise next month.

They were being used a few months ago, but now that the casino staff is part of Carnival, I'm not so sure...

Last time we were able to get them was two years ago, then you could either purchase logo items (but it really took quite a bunch to do that) or you could use them for chances in a drawing.
Have sailed on Princess many times since then and have even hit jackpots on machines and they were not offered. Figured they just discontinued them. http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

Thanks for all your responses. Since it had been two years, I wasn't sure what promotions were still going on...
I guess I'll bring them, there's only 13 (Hopefully a lucky number!) so they won't take up much room.
