Do bridge cams update when Princess.com unavailable?

I was hoping to show my grandaughter her Mommy & Daddy's ship as it entered Vancouver, but the Bridge Cam hasn't updated for an hour. I also can't get into personalizer, etc. Should I give up? Do they keep the cams updated normally as they are getting into port & docking? I also noticed the port cam at Port Canaveral has changed scenes--I was hoping to see my son & dil leave on the Mariner tomorrow. Am I just out of luck, or what?
