Learned through this website about filling it out so I just tried. I do not have any documents yet.
Got stumped by a couple of questions on the Disembarkation Questionnaire:

(all require a yes or no answer)

Do you have a HAL or World Wide Shore Services vouchers for a 'ship to airport' transfer:

Will you purchase a transfer voucher from the Shore Excursions Office?

I don't understand what they are asking (never cruised before). Can someone explain? Are these things that I already purchased when I booked the trip?

Also there was a question asking if we are including 'an overnight Alaska land tour' with your cruise.
Does that mean just at the end of the cruise, or also mean if we have a land tour before the cruise, which we do have.

Thank you for any help.

If you bought your land portion from HAL then it is an included "overnight Alaska land tour" whether it's pre- or post-cruise.

Transfers need to be specifically included. If your air is coming from HAL (as I think you said), then it's likely your TA included transfers - but check with your TA.

In the event, you can always change the info on your immigration form and re-print it later. Only the final version is the "official" one.

The question about " Will you purchase a transfer voucher from the Shore Excursions Office?" is for those who want to wait until they're on board to book their bus trip to the airport. But you can always make your own arrangements for transportation rather than book HAL's bus.

We just put "no" for the transfers - you can always change your mind once you get on the ship.

Within the first full day of being on the ship, you will get another form from the front office asking about your plans when you leave the ship. That's when you can give them your final plans.
