Another nurse here who is taking her first cruise on 7/11. I work at a VA Hospital, and many of my fellow nurse colleagues via the guards are in the Middle East, so keep them in your prayers.

Happy Nursing week to all. I'm an Hospital Administrator who truly understands the value of a nurse. In many cases they are my hero's.
We're having a BBQ on Friday for our great staff. Enjoy your week.

Thanks so much Sue for starting this thread. I too am a fellow nurse, and fellow cruiser. A toast to all of those also in the nursing career, in all areas of the world.
I am presently practicing more in the role of "Mom" these days but I truly use some aspect of nursing everyday. Have a great day fellow nurses!

Besides working around nurses every day, DW and I know first hand from her bout with cancer just over a year ago how critical they can be in our lives.
Like Firefighters, Police Officers and other like professions, Nursing takes a special kind of person that's especially good to have around.
Thanks for mentioning this
Happy Cruising
