They had a sign on our way on board saying that liquor (Other than wine or beer) would be "held" until the last day of the cruise, so I think you're ok. Enjoy your cruise!

We have two balcony rooms of people going on the CP. Do they stop you from bringing a case of wine on board so you can enjoy on your balcony's? How about beer? I know liquor you can't.

You can bring wine with you. If you open it in your room there is no corking fee. If you take it into the dining rooms they charge you a $10 fee to open it. Still is cheaper then if you bought it from the dining room though.

You can borrow a corkscrew from your room steward, and get wine glasses as well.

You can definately bring wine onboard. I had several fine bottles of wine and champagne that I received for a milestone birthday that I took (and consumed http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif) in April. If you want liquor for your stateroom, you can preorder it from Princess and they will deliver it the first day -- prices are extremely reasonable (like $22 for a liter of Stoli or Absolut, Bacardi, etc). We took along our mixers (stopped at Publix in FLL - caffeine free Coke and no sugar added cranberry juice) and mixed cocktails. To me, it's just easier than going to the bar or calling room service. And if you've got a balcony, it's a great way to enjoy it.

I knew we could take wine on. Did not know that you could take beer on ship.. Anyone actually taken beer on in their carry-on.?

If so I have time to stock up on beer for my Hubby and Son and Daughter-in-Law.
