Menu Order on CP Western Itinerary

I'd very much appreciate someone confirming the menu order for the Western Caribbean itinerary. I've looked at the Patters, and it looks like the formal nights are Monday (at sea) and Wednesday (Grand Cayman). I'm curious as to the order of the Captain's Welcome, Chef's , Captain's Gala, Italian, and Caribbean nights.
