CP Balcony Dining

We are looking at sailing this January and our wondering about the special balcony dining that they offer. What is the menu, cost, are there candles, is tip included, etc. Basically the whole program. Any information is welcome.
We went last year on the Golden and found it fantastic, first vacation in twenty years without the child. Am doing it again.

I'm also looking forward to hearing all about this special balcony dinner from someone who has tried it on the CP. I am thinking that this could be a wonderful way to celebrate our 40th anniversary on our Oct. CP cruise. Hope to hear about it soon.

My husband and I experienced the Ultimate Balcony Dinner on the Carribean Princess the week of 5/1. I am in the process of writing a review and posting photos.

I can tell you quickly though that we gave two thumbs up for a true dining experience. More to come---
