Westerdam Cat G Partially obstructed

What does this mean. How good or bad is it. My wife wants to change.

I was assigned to a category-G, partially obstructed on the Noordam; I had most of a lifeboat as most of my view. I was able to see over the boat, and by looking to the side could see the sea.
I had floor to ceiling windows, and lots of light.
Since I'm usually a cave-dweller (inside cabin) I was quite pleased with what I had. If you are used to a full view you might not be as pleased.
