Best way to get alcohol in your cabin?

If I want a bottle of Grey Goose Vodka in our cabin for mixing up some evening cocktails, do I simply contact ships' services prior to sailing and ask that it be delivered?

Or should I wait until we get onboard and then order it?

As well...would they be able to get us a bottle of craberry juice and a couple limes?
