Churchills is directly behind the Princess theather on deck 6 forward. It is a cigar friendly bar.

Yes cubans are everywhere, there are some fabulous shops, I haven't been in so long I hesitate to recommend by name, but you will be pleased with your selection and very able to buy Fuentes in good variety and that was (sigh, I have quit) my favorite.
