Well, from what F11 post on "her" profile Date of Birth:

A friend of mine was born on 2/29 and she "choose" 28th as her birthday because she will not have a birthday party until every 4 years. So... my suspecious is F11 is a 22 year old or even younger person. Playing with everyone for his/her enjoyment.
