I will be taking a 12 day HAL cruise on the Maasdam in Novemeber. Does anyone have sample menus? Dessert menus? Pinacle Grill menus?
THANK YOU!

Kelly,
Go to www.cruiseclues.com (http://www.cruiseclues.com)
On the main menu you will see "menus"
Click and look at the HAL menus for any ship. They are all the same.
All the menus you are looking for are there.
Hope I helped.

Cruiseclues is a great site but be aware that some things are not recent.
I just looked at Maasdam's menu and our very own Peaches of Georgia posted Maasdam's menus but they are going on two years old.

Kelly,
Sail7seas is correct that some of these menus on www.cruiseclues.com are older.
So...I took 5 minutes of time to find a current one.
After you are on the menus...menu...LOL:D go scan down to Oosterdam Menus by iggledoer. This is a current menu. Same as we had on the Veendam.
Glad "I" could help in finding you a "DAM" menu.;)
Jeff
PS: This takes you to Web Shots...when the menu page comes up click on the menu for that day. Then you can click again to make the menu larger so you can read it. I can't remember what they call it..just put your cursor on it and click.

They don't have the Noordam menus! The ship must be too new. Maybe I'll fix that for them in October!
Keep Smiling!!!

Most major cruise lines (HAL Included) develop about 60 different dinner menus for their fleet each year. For reach ship, on each itinerary, in each season, they decide which of the 60 menus fit best with:
1. availability of ingredients at the ship's home port
2. demographics of passengers
3. past history on that ship / that itinerary
4. cost of ingredients opposed to budgets
5. feedback from passengers
6. feedback from management
7. seasonal considerations and special holiday menus
8. length of the cruise
9. contracts with suppliers
These menus are then altered occasionally, again based on the factors above.
Even the staff on Maasdam don't know yet which menus they will be using on your 12 day cruise in November.
