Where to PC dine on formal nights?

On the Diamond, any one room better than the other when you are all dressed up for formal nights?

The obvious choice seems to be Sterling, formal equals lobster, lobster plus steak = http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif.

We found Pacific Moon to be very nice as well, it is where they do the tea each day. Santa Fe does have a less formal feel in general as does Vivaldi, but if you want to get away from the crowd those would be a good choices.

Sabatinis $20 pp surcharge is kind of upscale Italian cafe in decor, the food is good but the surroundings are no more formal than Vivaldi when push comes to shove.

We choose the Sterling for both nights, hubby loved surf and turf of his own making lol!

I got menu's, working on scanning and posting by the end of the week!
