What are the cost of upgrades at the pier for Caribbean PrinceSS and other ships?

Princess doesn't sell upgrades at embarkation.
Completed:
Sea Princess, Royal Princess, Grand Princess (3X), Caribbean Princess, Golden Princess

We have never been on a Princess ship that wasn't completely sold out, so there would never be any cabins to upgrade to!

I understand that Princess makes upgrades prior to sailing. Ther upgrade fairy has no rhyme or reason, but anyone may or may not get an upgrade. They are not available at the dock because Princess has already filled the upper category cabins
