Formal Nights?

Can anyone tell me what the formal nights are on the Alaska Diamond? Any suggestions for dinner that night? Is Sterlings Steakhouse the favorite? Thank you in advance for your assistance, sailing June 12th

Formal nights were Sunday and Thursday. Sterling seemed to be a hit with everyone (my favorite) but we didn't do formal and went to the Horizon Court instead. No matter which "theme" restaurant you pick, you will also get the standard menu to choose from (or mix and match) so you can't go wrong. Enjoy!
