In the topic "What are the first things to do upon boarding?" a couple of posters mentioned being there to board when the doors open. How does one know when this will be? We are booked on the Regal for the Panama Canal cruise on 11/24/04 out of FLL. Based on what another member here mentioned in another topic, the Regal will be coming out of dry dock for this cruise. So what does experience say as to when we should arrive at the terminal to be early?

As a general rule, they will start processing passengers for boarding around 11:30. Sometimes there are cabins that are not ready until close to 1:00.

If it is just coming out of drydock and there was not a previous cruise, then your guess will be as good as ours as to when they will begin the boarding process.
Normally it is whenever they have the ship prepared after the last passengers disembarked.
