Hi I have a 14 day cruise abaord the Veeendam in March. It is a 14 day cruise and I was wondering how many formal nights should I expect?

Hi,
If it's one cruise it will probably have 3 formal nights. If you booked back to back there will be 4 formal nights. Figure on at least 2 informal, maybe 3, and the rest casual. You didn't say where you were going so I can only guess that it's a b2b considering the month (march).

I did the 14 day last year. We had 3 formal nights. There have been other 14 day cruises in the Caribbean that had 4. You won't know until you get your docs so count on a minimum of 3 and max of 4.:)

Where in the documents does it say how many formal nights? There is a booklet that says there is an 'average of 2' but I'm not finding a number specific for my cruise. I'm sure it's there, I'm just not finding it.

It is somewhere in your actual documents, not the Know before you Go or anything like that. Go through the tickets/documents booklet and you should find it. It is the booklet that has your cabin number and lists passenger 1 and 2.

Normally 3, the same as a 10 day and a 14 day.

Oh no that means extra shopping for the Mrs. I think I'll buy another Tux when she's not looking!
