My boyfriend is going with me on the next cruise but he doesn't know his CC Number. Is calling Princess the best way to find out? Will they know? He hasn't been on the ship in over 5 years, but I would love for him to keep counting along with me.
Thanks!

When we booked my TA got our Captain Circle number from Princess. I would go ahead and call them. I'm sure they'll have it!

If he receives advertising or the Captain Circle magazine from Princess, the number is printed above his name on the address.

If TA can't get it, or if you call Princess and they don't find it, ask him what his phone number was at the time of his cruise 5 years ago. For some reason they use people's phone numbers as the key information in their database. I had two captain circle numbers because on my two cruises I had different phone numbers (yet same name and address) Got that cleared up.

You can go to the ask a question section on Princess home page and there is a link for you to email them and they will send it back to you via email.

Thanks! He got the number from Princess. The TA said she could have gotten it for him, but I just found that out yesterday and he had already called. Once again this board is awesome. Thanks again!!
