Wish I could tell you what they look like. I am getting married aboard Monarch of the Seas in about 2 weeks. Back in April we picked out a custom cake (just something simple and pretty with a raspberry mousse filling) and they called us about a month ago saying all cakes are standard now. Totally not cool.

Even though they refused to do our cake, we complained and they said they would finally do it.

We get the "standard" vanilla cake with our Harmony package so I will tell you what I will do... I will send back a reply to you in afew weeks after I see this creation and let you know what it is like, okay? We have 76 guests so I think this will be a 2 tier vanilla cake (as well as our custom cake)... talk to you soon!

Here's a photo of the cake from my Jewel of the Seas wedding in Feb 05. A bit plain, but we thought it was elegant. And it was delicious!!

For photography prices, check with www.image.com (http://www.image.com). They are the official photographers for onboard weddings on RCL. I dealt with Alex Melendez to arrange my photograph package in advance of the wedding. The packages start at about $400 and go up from there. We contracted for a package before we sailed. But we ended up upgrading once we saw the photos -- which we loved. Here is a link to the RCL brochure...

I am afraid my flowers were silk ones that we brought with us. So I'd be happy to share photos, but they won't help you much with what to expect.

We were married onboard the Explorer of the Sea in Jan

1st row 4th pic with the pink/purple flowers & 4th row 1st and 2nd pic.
All I did was ask to switch the colour of the rose for a charge of $20 and it was well worth it.

We sailed to Belize, Costa Maya, Cozumel and Grand Cayman... we were married in Miami on Sunday before we set sail. We purchased the middle wedding package and purchased extra pics.

We had the ladies do our hair and make-up in Hyatts hotel...... They could hardly speak english but they did a great job. I booked it myself and found out that is where they sent people threw Royal Romance (but by booking myself I saved over $75 - RR puts there fees in =) )
