We are taking our first Baltic Cruise in the Rotterdam on August 9th. I am curious whether the practice on many ships in the Caribbean to discount spa services when in port is followed on a very "port intensive" cruise. My wife and I truly love to get massages and the like, but the bills add up quickly!!
