I know that disney sales are rare, but I was wondering if you knew of a TA or www that was having booking specials for Aug 31 Disney sailing.

Call your local TA and ask them to look at Disney's Magical Rates which are currently valid through August 6. I'm not allowed to tell you prices so call. It may not be the price or category you want but have them look.
