I have not sailed on a Vista class ship and we are looking at a cruise on the Westerdam. There are VF and VE cabins midship on the Verandah Deck that are favourably priced. Why are these cabins cheaper than the VC grade cabins fore and aft?
I realize that the ship narrows in the middle and the view might be a little less than 180 degrees, but I think there must be more to it than this. These cabins appear to be above the life boats, is the view restricted in any way? Are the verandah panels steel instead of glass?
This makes no sense to me.
TIA
