Paradise Reposition

My wife & I have sailed the Paradise each of the last 3 years. We have seen that it is going to CA. and will become a smoking vessel. We are very interested in the repositioning cruise in Sept. 04, and were wondering if anyone has been on one of these and if they recommend them or not and why.
