Last time, he was rather ho hum about it, didn't get into it until we got to the boat. (Big Tough Guy, you know)
This time, he's already started packing his things and I haven't even thought about it yet, he emails me at work everyday to remind me how many days we have left, and he's even taken to reading the Cruise Critic Boards!
So how about it ladies. Is your guy doing more backflips than you about your next cruise?

Well not my guy, but my wife...
she had been slow to come around, but our last cruise she was very excited about, walking around the house singing "were going cruising, were going cruzin" so I think the cruise bug got a good bite on her this time...

Chantal,
We cruised for the very first time last fall for our 25th anniversary. I was ready to go on another cruise anytime since we got back. My husband said he was glad he did it but wasn't ready to do another one for a while. Then he got an e-mail advertisement and the price was good. Next thing I know he's asking me to go on a cruise!!!!!!!!!!! I am ready and can pack in 30 minutes any time I'm asked! LOL.

My DH doesn't show his enthusiasm as openly as I do...until we get to the pier.
Then, when you see that massive ship, sitting there, waiting for you to embark...well, no matter how stoic you try to be, it's hard to contain yourself!

After the first cruise Bruce was ho-hum about booking another. But I did anyway. Since then, he's usually the first to say, "Let's get another cruise booked ASAP when we return home." I love it!! I'm ready to cruise any time. Cathy

My DH is a real low-key guy, and rarely shows his emotions outright, so I'm much more excited about this cruise right now. If I ask him, he says, "it can't come soon enough." or, "It will be great to get away." but that's about it.
I think it will hit him during embarkation. I have a feeling he'll enjoy it so much, we'll probably book another cruise shortly after disembarkation!

After my first cruise with my then wife on an ancient French ship as part of a transition cruise from Miami to Vancouver, I swore Never Again ! This was truly a total disaster and I never wanted to set foot on a cruise ship again. She wasn't too keen on the idea either.
However, some time later we booked a Mexican Riviera Carnival TROPICALE cruise, got 14 of our closest friends interested (so she went free) and had the absolute time of our lives. We were both hooked for life.
The marriage didn't last, but we both have an intense love of cruising to this day(to the point of almost booking a cruise together last December, but alas couldn't get our schedules to work).
So we both trade information about our separate cruises. And we take lots of pictures! I once talked a young couple, who were on their honeymoon, into letting me get some "formal" photos with "the wife". http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif The "neener, neener, neeeeeeeeeeeeener effect" was terrific! http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
