Mr. Dickerson Email Address.

I know I have seen his email address on here before - but the search feature hasn't been working in quite awhile. I would like to email him with a complaint. -
I am taking my parents on a cruise next week and I promised them that Carnival is the nicest company and that he will have a wonderful time. My father tried to call Carnival with a quick question and he said they were the rudest people he ever talked to. He said they were doing everything possible to not help him and that if they wanted to drive away people, then they were doing a great job!
How embarrasing! I promised him that they were great and that he would have a wonderful time. I would just like to email Mr. Dickerson and let him know how his staff are doing.

I have called Carnival many different times and no one was ever rude. Hopefully that person was just having a bad day, but certainly that is no excuse. I have e-mailed Mr. Dickinson and received a nice reply. His e-mail is bdickinson@carnival.com. Good luck and let us know what you hear.

thanks so much - I was really surprized at what my dad said. I have always been treated very nicely with Carnival. Anyways - I will let you all know what happens.

Methinks you'll be taken more seriously if you at least get his name right. It's Dickinson, not Dickerson.
