I see where you can pre book shore excursion and do your Immigration forms on line.
What I was wondering if you could rent a Tuxedo, Pre pay you tips or Buy Things like Casino credits on line,
I have looked around the site but it does not seem interactive, or maybe you could tell me where I am missing something.

your tips are taken out of your shipboard account 10pp/pd. 15% is added to beverage purchases. With that said, you may be able to (not 100% sure) call HAL (if you booked through them) and have money added to your shipboard account.
I don't think they're allowed by law to conduct casino business on line.

My Dw told me I pre ordered casino chip and spa stuff on Princess but i printed a order form and Faxed it to them. i did not do it on line. sorry I thought I did. I knew I did it, just forgot how.

Yes, you can pre-buy casino chips - this is from the HAL website:

Go to the HAL website, click on "For Booked Guests", then click on "Enriching Activities at top of page and go to the second from last item "Gifts & Special Occasions". Click on "Variety Gifts" and the Casino Chips are the last entry.
You can also print out the entire gift form and fax it in or call it in.
