Do they have self service laundry facilities on the Westerdam??? If they require you to have 2 formal gowns and not able to bring irons to be sure they have a laundry room where you can press the wrinkles out.
thanks

None of the Vista class ships have a laundry where you can wash items. Therefore no irons are availabl.e.
I would suggest that you forget gowns that have to be pressed unless you are willing to pay for the price of pressing them. A lot of cruisers now take chaffon long skirts that don't have to be pressed with a few dressy tops that the wrinkles will go away once hung up.

I am not sure what the pressing charges would be but I do know that you can fill a bag of laundry for $12 therefore I think pressing should be quite a bit cheaper.
I usually travel with clothes that don't tend to crush too much. I know there is an aerosol product on the market in the U.S. that you spray on your clothes and the wrinkles fall out. I think it is called something like "Wrinkle Free". I was given a can from a U.S. friend but before I could use it the Security at our airport here in Australia, took it off me last year on my way to a cruise. Something to do with the aerosol, I think the lady wanted if for herself as we cannot buy it here!
