Could anyone tell me anything about the SC, aft cabins on the Noordam. This will be our first time sailing on HAL, and would love to know what to expect.

Pretty much the same as any other aft-facing suite on the other Vistas except that the verandahs are somewhat smaller on Decks 5-7.
