OK.....I've tried yet again to use the "search" function with no luck.

Does anyone know what the room service menu on the Westerdam has to offer? We will be on our 1st HAL cruise in November and just trying to find out all we can :D

thanks,
tootiesmom

it would almost be easier asking you what you would like to order
breakfast from toast and coffee to eggs bacon etc hot and dry cereals--lunch sandwiches =salads etc --afternoon snacks -- dinner you can order off the d/r menu and service into the wee hours-- burgers --sandwiches etc etc----------you can get almost anything you want

we only had breakfast room service, but man... choices!
every morning we had tons of great HOT food... Eggs (anyway youd like) toast or muffins or crosiants then any kind of meat, omlets, pancakes and cereal.

one word of advice: make sure you only put the number of orders by each item or you will get 2 of every thing you order.
You will love it!

It was such a wonderful way to start the day... Breakfast on the verandah coming into port or watching the ocean go by

You might want to try a web site called: cruiseclues.com Tons of cruise info. Some of it is out-dated, but much is current. You can click on the ship and there's lots of postings; reviews, webshots, links, etc. You can find almost any menu you want there. good luck!

And remember that you can always order from the dinner menu. Just remember to order within the first half hour from when the dinning room opens. You can select whatever time you want to eat.

PS - we have ordered the cheese and crackers from time to time and this was the worst that we have ever had. We got 4 tiny pieces of cheese and 3 packages of crackers. For cheeses we got the Pepper-jack, American, Brie, and Gruyere and each one was just a bite!! There wasn't any Edam or Gouda.

Thank you soooo much for the room service info

This is way different than on the other cruise lines I've been on. Their menus were very limited and unless you were in a suite, etc., you couldn't order off of the regular dinner menu and have it delivered to your cabin.

To actually have a hot meal delivered will be great !

thanks again,
