Sailing on 1/6/2007 cruise out of NY. How's the closet space? Thinking of wearing my fur to/from the ship as it's going to be cold. Enough space in that category cabin to hang it in the closet w/out taking up too much room?

You will have 3 closets in your cabin. I'm guessing they are about 30" wide. One will have a fixed shelf with the safe. The others have hinged shelves that you can lower or leave up for longer hanging garments. Whether there will be enough room for a fur will depend entirely upon how many other clothes you have. I would think a warm jacket would serve you better than a fur, and would take up less space.

but Jim, a plain cloth coat does not impress as well!

There are also two hooks on the wall of the stateroom - tha'ts where I'd hang the fur...
(It needs to breathe)

Thanks for the input everyone. And Ralph...I don't dress to impress. I don't know if you're a New Yorker, but let me tell you, it's darn bitter cold walking in the city in the winter. I commute/work in the city and this is what I wear. If I wanted to impress, I'd wear the mink bikini!
