Hi Cruise veterans
Im a newbie here and first time cruiser on the Legend July 18, 2004. I booked my vacation at the NY Times travel show at the Carnival booth. I booked an ocean view and was upgraded to Balcony, cat 8F, Verandah deck. They showed me the available cabins left and said, here pick what you want.. So I picked Rm 7262, Aft. Looks to me like the balcony is the last one before the other balcs inset more.
I leveraged a little, cause I had a Disney cruise booked and told them I would swap, ( I had an inside cabin with DiZ) which I did. It saved me from flying to Fl.
So,,is this good. I havent a clue?
Oh, when doing the math it comes out to the same $, factoring in the airfare & possible motel overnight in fl. But, I got a balcony, what seems to be a nice deck and 1 extra day at sea.
All replies appreciated..Has anyone ever been in room 7262 or that area of the ship?
