I've done the Bora Bora and more recently the Vallarta Sol (they both leave the port at 10am). The Vallarta Sol is not a sail boat like the Bora Bora, but it was only $26pp (we were on it last week). I got the information off of the internet (you can do a search and find their website).
Both go to the same places. The sailing feature of the Bora Bora was cool, but there is very little shade on the Bora Bora. I think we paid a lot more to sail on the Bora Bora, so I would recommend you check out the Vallarta Sol. Both are a lot of fun.
