Anyone know at what point is the latest balance (100%) of payment is due?

Hi pgmrdev,
Usually 60-70 days before you sail. We are leaving on Elation on 9/12/04 and our final payment is due by 7/4/04. Thank goodness it's almost paid for now!!

Our final payment for our cruise in July was due 90 days out. I don't know if that is Carnival's policy or if it is Costco's policy since that is who we booked thru.

Carnival requires final payment for a seven-day cruise no later than 70 days prior to sailing.
Your TA may have an earlier deadline (see Costco above).

Group cruises are 90 days out. The rest is 70.

We also booked thru costco and they want our final payment 90 days in advance. Doesn't seem right that they aren't the same as carnival.

It must be Costco's policy. All of the group cruises I've coordinated, final payment was due 70 days before sail.
