I would like to know how many pools and whirlpools they are on the ship. I have read conflicting reports. Some say 4 pools and 4 whirlpools and then some say 7 whirlpools. Are they counting the kids pools for one of the 4. Because the deck plans to do not show but 3 besides the kids. Also are they some whirlpools on the forward most point of the ship I thought i saw a picture of some but not sure if it was the Glory or not ...
thanks for any info to clear this up.

There are 3 pools + a kiddie pool. Each adult pool has two hot tubs (although they are really just 'warm' tubs) and there is a true hot tub in the spa. The spa hot tub is fresh water, the pools and other hot tubs are salt water.

There is also a hot tub on the bow of the ship, but that is for the cruise and entertainment staff.

Enjoy your cruise.

So does that mean we can't use the ones that are on the bow. I was hoping to be able to go up there and get away from the crowd some.

The bow area is off limits to passengers. For crew only.

Remember that the ship has

with upper berths, 3,700

passengers... not 3,100 as in the brochures.

I don't care how many pools there

are... thats alot of lemonade! (Yum!)

Use the pool and slide when the ship is

in port, or early in the morning...

other than that, its pretty

much like a Chevy Chase Vacation...movie.

The current carnival TV ad shows a total

of 55 guests in their spot- they forgot

the other 3,645 passengers...(Conquest Class)

Wonder why?

HAve Fun! Their new add Says:

"A Lotta Fun..." ie: a lotta people.... http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
