We are 60 days out and there are still cabins left in our guaranteed catagory (8a). Is that a bad sign for the possiblity of an upgrade??

Sounds good for upgrade, even considering those booking last minute....but WHAT is and upgrade from 8A ? {Sorry...I'm on Empress, deck 7, and love it} and on deck 8 {Verandah?} we heard all the deck party stomping...
You'll have a great time w/ a balcony....relax and enjoy !!!

So you are saying that since there are lots of cabins left in my catagory, then I have a better than average chance of landing an upgrade?

We booked an 8A gty. and we have been upgraded to 8D on the Lido deck. Hope it stays that way!
