Hi All,

I have some more questions around the cruise I am about to embark on in just over 2 months.

Firstly:

1) Water- do they serve chilled water complimentry with dinner at the crows nest/Lido/Dining room etc...

2) Is the water ok to drink or is it best to buy bottled water?

3) Can you order coffee/drinks from the Room service menu?

4) How much are coffees and Hot chocolates and are they complimentry with dinner/lunch?

5) How much for standard spirits (Gin & Tonics)

6) How do you order room sevice? I guess there is a phone in the room? (I know, probably a dumb question, but I figure the only dumb questions are those not asked right?...)

7) With a soda card, does this cover other bevereges like Orange Juice?

Just trying to figure out what the cruising lifes like, very much looking forward to the journey and looking forward to reporting back to the board that I have been acustom to source information off.

Cheers

You can get iced water anywhere on the ship. If you want bottled water, you will pay for it - not free and a 15% gratuity will be added onto it. We drink the ship's water all the time. Never had a problem with it.

There is a directory in your cabin that will list the room service menus (I have posted what is available on this site). You can order coffee - no charge. If you order drinks - charge - again 15% gratuity. There is a phone in your cabin. We always tip the person who delievers anything to our cabin.

Coffee and hot chocolate are free at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Cocktails start around $4.75 and goes up depending on what you order and brand name. Also 15% gratuity.

Soda cards are just for soda.

You can free orange juice in the Lido and dining room at breakfast. If you have a really good waiter, you can even get it for dinner in the dining room.
