Does anyone know if Oceania has a box or some container for the bits of foreign currency you have left over?
On other cruiselines we have been on they have a box or jar on the counter for currency and they use it for the crew parties or other things.
I was sorting out my bits of currency, it is not enough to pass on or exchange but put with other leftovers it may be worth something!! ;)

I have seen such containers in International Air terminals. The proceeds go to Unicef or other such organization. I have often put my 'left over' foreign money in the container.

British Air collected same in our last flight. It was bound for some charity, such as Unicef.

We usually try to use up whatever change we have as we go and then the last cabbie or whoever we deal with in the country, gets whatever is left of change as part of their tip.
If I did bring any home, I'd save it for my nieces.
