Hi. I apologize since I am sure this has been asked before, but I am not having much luck searching. :o

We are booked on a B2B next fall (Eastern and Western on Westerdam), and I was just curious how much they vary the menus, shows, activities from week to week.

TIA.

Likely. you will find that almost everything is the same. The production shows are usually on the ship for up to a year before changing. You may find that some of the smaller acts may change if you hit it just right. Activities will likely be the same, and menus may only vary slightly based on different ports.

I would believe that you you will find most everything the same. It does give you the flexability though, if on your first week, you find two things you want to do that happen at the same time, you can catch one the first week, and catch the other the second week.

Some activities may be moved around slightly due to how you sea days fall, and your port for that day.

That is so right.

There have been times when we didn't any anything different on the menus from one segment to the next.

Production shows will be the same - they usually keep them for 3 years!!

Comedians, magicians, etc may change.

We have done numeros b2b's and have found that it all remains the same. I find this comforting. Normally I will find myself wanting to see a show but find I have made plans elsewhere, or vice versa and with a b2b I seem to always get a second chance.

On our b-to-b's on Maasdam the last two weeks and just about every b-to-b we've enjoyed, the menus stayed the same but there was some variance in the shows.

For the first segment, Paul Tanner was aboard for two shows and then gone. He was replaced on the second cruise.

Also......one Hotel Manager left and a new one boarded. The new Hotel Manager introduced some new things we had never seen on any cruise before which made our second week even more fun than we anticipated.

We found that each night's menu offered about 2/3 the same and 1/3 different selections as the previous week.

We spotted a one stripe hotel officer during embarkation lunch in the Lido and asked him: good to know exactly what you can expect.:)

I was also wondering the same-not that it really matters.
On our last HAL cruise we enjoyed every dinner and had many activities we didn't do because there was something else going on, hopefully we will have the chance to do more and try more types of foods on our b2b!

Thanks for the feedback. This is what I pretty much expected... which is totally fine. I often have trouble deciding between entrees to begin with and can never bring myself to order two. :) Thanks for satisfying my curiosity.

I never mind having the menus repeat on our b-to-b's. Like you say, sometimes I'm choosing between two things so know I can try the other dish the next week.

Also, if I have really enjoyed a particular meal, I can be happy to know I get to order it again. :)

It's s win - win!!! Besides, I'm not meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, serving or cleaning the dishes. How can I not enjoy whatever menu they provide for me to choose from?
