Hi all. We have booked the 5/16 sailing of the Victory today and I have some questions. We are located in the 83XX range of balcony cabins - a switch from the previous times we've been in the very forward (second or third cabins from the front) with the hopes that we won't feel the motion as much as we have. Any input on this? I've read that you feel motion in the Pacific dining room which is in the back, will we feel it as much in our cabin? I hope not.
Also, are the drink coupons i hav fom last April still good? There aren't any expiration dates on them, but I want to be sure.
Who is the current CD? I have heard both Corey and Steve. I still hold John Heald on high as the best CD - how does the current one compare?
I have read the last couple pages of threads, but I can't determine final answers to my questions, so I do appreciate you taking the time to answer my specific questions.

I'm sure someone with more experience on this particular ship will help you out, but I'll also be more than happy to post some info when I return, as I set sail the week before you!

Hi you are cruising the week before me and I'll be awaiting your review .As I understand and have read Lcpagejr review who cruised the week of 4/4/04 he said the cruise director name was Carlo Lombard. Also don't quite no where you are located mid or aft, but aft has motion and mid ship has very little motion.

We were in room 8343 on the Victory in Sept. We did not have much motion at all until Isabelle decided to join us!!!!! Although we did mind the motion in the dining room in the back of the ship. We loved that ship and I'm sure you will too. Have fun!!!
The drink coupons do not expire so they will be good.

Since there is no expiration date your drink coupons are still good. When we got our first set of coupons on the sensation we paid 4 for 15 bucks. We had a lot left over and there were no problems when we used then on the Victory a few years later. We saved huge by doing it that way.
We also had cabin 6440 on the aft of the Victory. We didnt feel any motion either.
