checking reservation

This is my first cruise on HAL this 11/18 sailing on the OOsterdam to Mexico.

I have sailed Princess, RCCL, NCL and other defunct lines. I have always been able to check my reservation on line thru the cruise line even tho I have booked with a TA. I seem to be unable to do this with HAL.

AM I doing something incorrectly? I go to current bookings but the only thing I am able to access are shore excursions.

Is this common that you cannot check your reservation unless you book directly with HAL? If that is not the case can someone tell me how I am going wrong?

What is it you're trying to check?

On HAL you can use your booking number to book shore excursions and to access the Immigration page. That's it. Being able to access those pages does confirm that you have a booking; they also confirm your cabin number or that you have a guarantee.
